I have worked for various companies and industries, from media companies like RTL and NRC, energy companies like Essent, and several big consumer brands like Philips, Charlie Temple and TomTom for their eCommerce activities. Through these experiences, I have learned how to deal with various optimization goals and how to find the balance between very different goals and stakeholders.

In the past years, the work of me and my team got several nominations and awards, like the Dutch CRO Awards, the European Digital Media Awards and the Experimentation Culture Awards. Besides that, I have experienced the pleasure to share several stories about CRO and experimentation as a public speaker on international stages.
